What is a Salesforce Health Check?
A Salesforce Health Check is a review of your Salesforce org to identify technical debt, security risks, and areas for improvement. If you have used Salesforce for several years or have had multiple people in the system administrator role, your org may include outdated workflows, unused fields or objects, inactive users who still have access, or missing security features.
We review your Salesforce environment and help you create a plan to resolve these issues.
How does your business process evaluation work?
We begin by meeting with key members of your team who perform the day-to-day business processes, including sales, administration, accounting, manufacturing, and other operational areas. This helps us understand how your business truly operates.
During this process, we identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. We then recommend solutions and prioritize them based on expected time savings, implementation cost, and overall effort. This allows you to decide which improvements you would like to address first.
Do you offer training for our team?
Yes. For every project, our goal is to ensure your team is fully trained through hands-on instruction. We also provide written and/or video training guides that can be used by your team and AI tools for ongoing reference.

Accounting and ERP Implementations
What accounting systems do you work with?
We implement Salesforce-based accounting and ERP systems, including Axolt ERP, Accounting Seed, and Certinia Financial Management Cloud.
How many accounting system implementations have you completed?
We have completed more than a dozen accounting system implementations. These projects include not only system migration, but also business process optimization to help companies operate more efficiently after implementation.
How long does an accounting or ERP implementation take?
An initial accounting or ERP implementation typically takes 2 to 9 months, depending on the scope of work. After the initial implementation, we remain engaged to help ensure the system continues to operate smoothly and the project achieves its intended results.
What is involved in an accounting migration?
An accounting migration begins by identifying what data needs to be migrated. This may include open accounts receivable, open accounts payable, customers, contacts, historical data, and supporting documents.
We also review your current accounting processes, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, expenses, payroll, and other workflows to identify opportunities for automation.
Next, we make the necessary changes in a testing environment and test data imports to ensure automations work correctly and the data is accurate. Once testing is complete, we work with you to select a go-live date to transition accounting processes, typically at month-end or year-end.
AI and Data Security
How do you implement AI with Salesforce?
We can connect AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others through Slack, directly into Salesforce, or into your other business systems.
AI implementation also includes end-user training so your team understands how to prompt AI tools effectively and get the best possible results.
How do you handle data security?
Whenever possible, we keep your data within your own systems, such as Salesforce, AWS, or other client-owned platforms. We only pull data into 5th Concerto Consulting systems when the client does not have the necessary tools available, and we inform the client before doing so.
Clients may request that 5th Concerto Consulting delete their data at any time. When using client data with AI, we only use models that do not use submitted data to train their AI systems.
